The construction of new buildings by the developer LLC "Fort Noks" has begun. The new part will also be called Green Fort. One of the best locations of the developer. As always, a flexible installment payment system is provided.
Option A.
The first payment – 10% is paid during the conclusion of the Preliminary Agreement.
The remaining 90% of the cost is an installment payment for the real estate under the contract with the Fort Noks developer for a period of up to 3 years with an increase in price of 5% per annum.
Option B.
40% of the cost of the apartment is paid in four installments within 9 months:
– 10% during the conclusion of the preliminary Agreement;
- 10% after 3 months after the 1st payment;
- 10% after 3 months after the 2nd payment;
- 10% after 3 months after the 3rd payment;
Installment payments to 5 years from the date of conclusion of the contract - price increase of 6.5% per annum;
Installment payments of 6 to 10 years from the date of conclusion of the contract - a price increase of 9.7% per annum.
Installment payments are made in quarterly installments.
A 2% discount is provided if the apartment is paid in full within 1 month from the date of signing the Preliminary Agreement
The right to use the apartment is transferred after payment of 10% of the price.
