20% of the cost of the apartment is paid in two installments within 3 months of the contract date:
- 10% at the conclusion of the preliminary Contract;
- 10% 3 months after the 1st payment;
- 80% installment payment for the property under the contract with the developer.

For installments of 6 years from the date of conclusion of the contract - at an annual interest rate of 3.2%, for installments up to 10 years from the date of conclusion of the contract - at an annual interest rate of 6.5%. Installment payments are made in quarterly installments.
In case of payment of the first installment in the amount of 30% upon signing the Preliminary Agreement, 0.5% discount from the cost is provided. In case of payment of the first installment of 40% upon signing the Preliminary Agreement, a 1% discount on the price is granted. In case of payment of the first installment of 50% at the signing of the Preliminary Agreement, a 1.5% discount is given.
