According to Sherlock Homes' interlocutors, the verification will now be done electronically by a notary, and this will take a long time and lead to queues. Also another innovation - for the sale will need to have in place bulstats from both owners of housing in the case of purchase by both spouses, but only the one who is one, according to the company's chief lawyer, attorney Nadezhda Gocheva-Petrova.
