This news was announced by representatives of the owners' association, who took on the difficult task of preparing a project to connect apartments in the complex to their own accounts for EVN and ViK services. The lack of such became the main problem for the accumulation of debts to service companies, which forced the complex to close at the end of 2022. At the moment, an agreement has been reached on a payment deferment, the intermediaries between the two parties were the mayor of Pomorie Ivan Aleksiev and the municipal administration, which promptly and competently assists in the process of coordinating procedures. It is expected that the complex will receive its first guests at the end of June.
